So basically go from a matte bright to a metallic/shimmery bright? I personally prefer some shimmer as well, otherwise, I just look like someone punched me in the face. Using bright colors tends to make me look like a cheap hooker, where as i'll try to use bolder colors that are more shimmery. Like a metallic moss gross, or a metallic bronze.
