Vino for the Hair-o
I’ve been using Caudalie Gentle Conditioning Shampoo for the past couple of weeks and have been really liking it. The shampoo is especially formulated for dry, fragile hair and sensitive scalps.
It doesn’t lather a whole bunch, but just an ef-why-eye, lather is not always your friend. Lather usually means the product is juiced up with tons of es-ell-es, or sodium laureth sulfate. However, this product doesn’t contain any SLS which is good news for us.
One of the key ingredients in the shampoo is grape vinegar to help improve the condition of your hair. Vinegar, another ef-why-eye, is great for removing residue on hair and closing up the hair cuticles for a shiny, healthy look.
If you want an easy recipe to try at home, dilute about 1/2 tablespoon of vinegar in 1 cup of water. After you shampoo your hair, work the vinegar solution into hair and then rinse off. Vinegar also helps restore natural pH balance to prevent against itchy scalp.

I used to wash my hair with apple cider vinegar once every couple of weeks when I was swimming every day. It did wonders to remove the chlorine and product buildup, though you have to make sure you use it on a day when you don’t mind smelling like vinegar all day.

I just had mine colored burgundy-red last week, it was white blonde at first, but my beautician has her hair colored the same way,and she also has it cut in a short bob with short bangs,,she looks really good. I am a guy and when she got done with mine, I had about 15-20 people outside wal-mart tell me how much better it looks this way. I am a little on the feminine side,I use black eyeliner and thick masacara.it brings out the green in my eyes, and it makes me feel good too…I have done this for around12 years..unfortunetly our marriage is over now, even thought she claims that she will drive an hour and a half for me to see my pain Dr. In fact she is supposed to take me this week coming up..I’ll see what happens on the 19th of march.We have a 9 year old son and he never has seen me with too much make up on.My wife is fat and she is always telling mr how much better I look than she does,,little jealousely maybey,,anyway I am tired of fighting her over whow looks better.Write me back and tell me what you think,,okay??
