I really hope that it helps- I actually had to use shampoo a few days ago after a hair product gone wrong incident (conditioner won't get out pomade) and I about cried when I saw how many hairs I lost when I used shampoo. Or put the conditioner in and do something else for 15 minutes? I just got back from a semester in Australia, where there is an ongoing drought and they encourage you to take 4 minute showers. 20 minutes would be unheard of! I use cheap, no-cone conditioners as cleanser and then a stronger conditioner for well, conditioning. My wavy, highlighted hair needs some TLC. Hee.
