This picture was swiped from my friend, Jared’s website. I think it’s a fantastic picture of Jennifer Garner doing what she does best: natural, glowy, healthful, down-to-earth yet effortlessly chic and glamorous.

Don’t you just hate how some people seem to have it all together?

I am totally feeling the side-swept bangs, the gold earrings, the beautiful deep sapphire color of the dress, the no-makeup makeup look with just the slightest emphasis on the eyes.

What I’m not feeling though is the bottom half of the dress with that tie-around wrap thingy dangly between her legs, like some sort of Park Avenue interpretation of the loin cloth.

Also feeling a bit torn about the silver shoes. In and of themselves, the shoes are great, but I’m not sure they go with the gold earrings. At the risk of her being too matchy matchy, I would have preferred to see some sort of gold or bronze toned shoes on her feet.
