Top 5 Desert Island Beauty Products

As a teenager, I was a huge music buff. You ever see the movie, High Fidelity, and you know how all they ever do is make All Time Top 5 lists? I can relate because that is the total music geek thing to do. Sit around and make lists for everything.

So in honor of the former music geek in me, here is my All Time Top 5 Desert Island Beauty List (in no particular order):

top 5

1. Bobbi Brown Blemish Cover Stick

2. Lancome Definicils Mascara

3. Vaseline Petroleum Jelly

4. Cake Beauty Milk Made Hand Buffer

5. Manor Hall Soap Company Butter Me Better Soap

Wow, that was a hard list to make. I’m sure next week, this list will change, but for now that is my list.

I want to know what is on your All Time Top 5 Desert Island Beauty List. Share your list in the comments!

I love Manor Hall’s Butter Me Up soap.

But Vaseline? I just can’t put that on my body.

Vaseline is one of the most effective products I’ve used to keep my lips moisturized in the winter, and for seriously dry, chapped skin. I know there is a lot of concern over the safety of petroleum jelly; however, the Beauty Brains seem to think it’s quite safe:

The only thing they advise is that you be mindful of how it’s manufactured as some methods can result in petroleum jelly mixtures that have known cancer causing ingredients in them.

It’s hard to give up my Vaseline when it delivers so wonderfully each time.

yes, this list is totally inspiring… You can get even more great beauty products from the new online shopping network called honeyshed.com. They have some of these products I think, but also a ton more make up, clothing and even tech stuff.
